To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和友人都是最愛上海菜,所以為了慶祝他的生日,我們就去了金鐘試試夜上海,結果非常滿意!環境來說優雅但是不是我想像中的老上海懷舊風,比較現代,哈哈。我們兩個人點了很多招牌菜,首先,古法煙鴨蛋大大隻又溏心,上面加了點淮鹽,吃下口又有茶葉煙燻味!花雕醉雞的酒味不會很濃,適合不愛酒味太重的友人。清炒河蝦仁十分正宗,河蝦仁小小的,十分彈牙,爽甜,加一點醋來配著吃,回味無窮!蟹粉釀蟹蓋口感豐富,上層是蟹膏混合一些姜絲,下層就是蟹肉混合蛋白蒸,又滑又香!我不吃辣,所以吃嫩雞煨麵,雞湯味濃郁又不膩。而友人則試了擔擔麵,看他吃的津津有味,肯定是不錯的。小籠包比平常看到的尺寸大一點,多汁,不過不算驚為天人。甜品我本來是想叫高力豆沙的,嗚嗚,但是侍應說今天沒有,就叫了豆沙鍋餅,還是很好吃的,外脆內軟,紅豆餡不太甜。兩個人吃了那麼多東西是真的很飽,食物精緻正宗,服務主動貼心,十分滿足,下次會帶媽咪來吃!
