今晚約咗朋友聚一聚, 揀咗呢間新開無耐嘅浜燒店, 呢度唔係好多位, 大約有2張6人枱同4張4人枱, 我自己就幾喜歡呢種非大型食市, 感覺親切D, 聽到店員同日藉大廚用日文溝通, 以為自己去咗日本旅行, 心情更加輕鬆愉快.   呢度都有不少酒類選擇, 啱晒喜愛飲番兩杯嘅朋友.先來前菜四點 - 海膽墨魚質感軟韌, 花螺清甜爽脆, 燒魚卷大蔥帶點點酸味, 非常開胃, 貝殼粉可當作中和各前菜味道嘅用途, 令各款前菜味道層次更分明突出。蟹肉沙律 – 蔬菜非常新鮮, 我最怕就係D 醬汁浸死D菜, 食醬多過食菜, 而呢度嘅醬汁份量就配合得剛剛好.刺身 – 牡丹蝦, 活赤貝十分新鮮爽脆, 劍魚腩綿軟香甜, 油甘魚肉質嫩滑, 吞拿魚咬落充滿油香, 完全無渣無筋, 入口溶化. 足量壽司 – 果然名副其實足晒量, D料完全遮住晒D飯呀!! 吞拿魚碎加上芝麻非常香口. 海膽甘香清甜. 蟹肉多到爆!! 正!!特上燒盛合 –呢度所有海鮮都唔會多加調味, 我見店員都係加D清酒同少少醬油稍微燒吓D海鮮, 完全就係要食海鮮嘅新鮮味道. 第一次食室津蠔, 原來係咁好食架, 加入清酒稍微燒到微熟, 蠔味更見鮮甜, 肉質除咗

足量壽司 – 果然名副其實足晒量, D料完全遮住晒D飯呀!! 吞拿魚碎加上芝麻非常香口. 海膽甘香清甜. 蟹肉多到爆!! 正!!特上燒盛合 –呢度所有海鮮都唔會多加調味, 我見店員都係加D清酒同少少醬油稍微燒吓D海鮮, 完全就係要食海鮮嘅新鮮味道. 第一次食室津蠔, 原來係咁好食架, 加入清酒稍微燒到微熟, 蠔味更見鮮甜, 肉質除咗夠晒肥厚之外, 口感亦都非常Creamy, 一食即愛上.鮑魚肉質爽脆彈牙, 而扇貝就清甜嫩滑. 燒好嘅魷魚筒肉厚香口軟稔. 至於蟹噌甲羅燒, 蟹蓋上放滿蟹膏同蟹肉絲, 再撈埋鵪鶉蛋甘香軟滑,蟹肉鮮甜.

清酒燒大蘑菇, 熱辣辣嘅蘑菇湯, 店員話D湯其實係蘑菇本身嘅水份嚟嘅, 佢哋只係加咗少少清酒提升蘑菇清香, 咬落去啖啖都好juicy清甜.今晚又再食到大滿足咁回家啦!! 真正歡樂今宵!!
