LUNCH約左舊同事聚舊,揀左位於尖沙咀加拿芬道既鮨鳶,主打廚師發辦,食材由日本新鮮空運到港。LUNCH MENU有兩款選擇,各有前菜、茶碗蒸、壽司、卷物、湯品、甜品等,今日揀左HIKARI光,主打12貫手握壽司,款款新鮮,令人回味無窮。前菜有預先醃製既瓜,配北海道蕪菁蘿蔔,再放上金山寺麵豉,鹹香惹味,非常開胃。左口魚壽司新鮮爽口,肥美又甘香。魴鮄魚壽司厚薄均稱,肉質紮實好清甜。伊佐木壽司配新鮮紫菜充滿魚脂香,爽滑帶微甜。金線鯛壽司配柚子皮肉質細膩緊實,入口清脆甘腴。帆立貝壽司配青檸汁肉質厚實具彈性,鮮甜滑嫩。火炙金目鯛壽司配醬油油分甘香,肥而不膩,口感上乘。茶碗蒸雞蛋滑嫩十足,配以爽滑冬菇、鮮味魚肉,多重口感,濃郁豐富。天然真鯛壽司配自家製紫菜醬肉質鮮甜Q彈,爽脆柔嫩。深海池魚壽司配薑蓉質感爽口鮮甜帶油份,味道相當甜美。火炙鰈魚裙邊壽司魚脂平衡得剛好,既肥美又爽口。鰆魚壽司配蒽花肉身肥美柔軟,肉質非常滑溜細緻。熟成十日天然中拖羅壽司佈滿魚油花紋,油香四溢,肉質軟綿,入口即化。宮城縣白海膽壽司味道清爽較結實,相當鮮甜細滑。蔥吞拿魚腩手卷軟綿綿口感幼細又香滑,脂香突出。舞茸菇清湯清香帶甜
