因為疫情嘅關係,已經係屋企自閉好耐,今日終於忍唔住,同朋友約出嚟食飯敘舊,想好好傾偈,日式居酒屋一定係首選!Mokumoku Yakiton有兩間分店,一間係銅鑼灣,一間喺尖沙咀,我哋就選擇咗嚟港島,方便就腳。蒜子蕃茄沙律($28)非常清新嘅前菜,越食越開胃。刺身盛合四款($228)三文魚、帆立貝、油甘魚、赤蝦刺身新鮮又肥美,完全冇雪藏味。豉油碟仲相當精緻,印有千鳥居同埋富士山嘅圖案,盡顯日式風情。鹽燒時令鮮活魚燒三刀魚($298)原條三刀魚,比手掌大一點點,火候掌握得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩,擠一點青檸汁更加好吃。厚揚($28)日本舞茸($88)菇菌類,鹹鹹的,送酒一流。白金豚肉林檎紅薑卷($38)豚肉串燒由來自日本岩手縣嘅白金豚製成,五花腩部位配搭林檎紅薑,香甜多汁,係非常有特色嘅一款串燒。雞翼($32)個人最怕雞翼燒到乾爭爭,好彩呢度唔會。豚肉韭菜泡菜卷($32)柚子x梅酒($65)烏龍茶割燒酌($58)椰子雪葩($48)食埋甜品,結束完美的一餐。特別一提,而家外賣自取8折,拎返屋企食安全又安心。
