早幾日同媽咪係牛頭角整野,整完好肚餓見對面有間叫香格里拉的米線店,咪行入去食,座底睇下餐牌唔錯喎,除一般米線材料,仲有串燒小食, 最特別竟然有我和媽咪最愛的酸菜魚。我同媽咪商量後覺得要叫多d唔同小食,所以就叫了一碗 腐竹,炸醬,鮮竹蝦春卷,魚肚 蕃茄濃湯米線,呢到有魚肚,佢好吸湯又有d咬口夠特別。而小食方面我叫呢d。蒙古大汗烤豬腿,烤得超淋好香孜然味。新疆香草雞翼, 即叫即燒火喉剛好皮脆內軟。紅油蒜泥白肉, 佢同出面一般的蒜泥白肉好唔同,食落蒜泥唔會得個死辣的味道,佢食落係好香,好易入口的。串燒方面牛丸, 雞柳,牛柳,司華力腸都係必食推介,師傅燒串燒的火喉 拿捏得好準,唔會過火,所以肉質美味, 而點佢呢到的自家醬就最夾。酸菜魚, 份量都夠兩人食,酸辣味夠濃,最底仲有 闊粉,魚又夠哂滑又冇骨冇得輸。媽咪話下次要再來食過呀!
