講到高質串燒,一定唔少得《燒烤堂》。最近《燒烤堂》係中環開左新分店,木質嘅設計加上相撲選手嘅紅色牆身,加添時尚感。黑糖燒菠蘿 菠蘿外皮嘅黑糖好香脆,內層菠蘿多汁又酸甜。焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士依款係燒烤堂嘅主打,焦糖化嘅青蘋果加上脂香嘅鵝肝和鬆脆嘅多士,多重滋味。孜然燒蒜蓉茄子食得燒烤,茄子基本上都係必點之一。放滿孜然和蒜蓉在茄子上面。茄子肉吸引哂蒜蓉嘅味道,有啲麻味又唔會辣。焦糖鰻魚芝士玉子燒厚身嘅鰻魚加上厚厚嘅芝士和幼滑嘅玉子,多種滋味在一身。福岡味噌松板豬外皮燒到香脆,帶少許甜味。明太子燒飯團和蟹膏燒飯團兩種唔同口味嘅燒飯團,飯團外層燒到焦香。我自己就比較鍾意明太子口味,因為鹹香同飯團係比較夾。燒烤堂 (中環)中環安慶臺1號安慶大廈地下A號舖
