兩個禮拜o既今日,今次入o黎長洲玩番三曰.上次買料o黎煮感覺良好,今次再接再勵.今次就買左兩隻肉蟹,一斤海螺同埋一斤蟶子.老闆推介我地白灼海螺.首先上檯o既就係豉椒少蟶子,味道很好,豉椒唔會太搶蟶子o既鮮味,亦唔會好似出面o既餐館咁煮得太咸.跟住上檯o既就係白灼海螺.本來打算用辣酒煮,但係老闆就推薦我地用白灼o既方法.幸好我地聽左老闆o既意見,隻隻比姆指還要大o既螺肉,白炫出o黎唔會走左o的鮮味,點小小海鮮醬就已經好好好好味.呢個真係俾多小小都唔介意.最後就係清蒸肉蟹.加小小蔥吊出鮮味,反而會令到蟹肉更鮮味,加上老闆的細心,另外上了一碟浙醋,點小小就已經帶出左蟹o既鮮味.雖然今次比上次貴小小,但係就比上次更加滿足

今次就買左兩隻肉蟹,一斤海螺同埋一斤蟶子.
老闆推介我地白灼海螺.

首先上檯o既就係豉椒少蟶子,
味道很好,豉椒唔會太搶蟶子o既鮮味,
亦唔會好似出面o既餐館咁煮得太咸.

跟住上檯o既就係白灼海螺.
本來打算用辣酒煮,
但係老闆就推薦我地用白灼o既方法.
幸好我地聽左老闆o既意見,
隻隻比姆指還要大o既螺肉,
白炫出o黎唔會走左o的鮮味,
點小小海鮮醬就已經好好好好味.
呢個真係俾多小小都唔介意.

最後就係清蒸肉蟹.
加小小蔥吊出鮮味,
反而會令到蟹肉更鮮味,
加上老闆的細心,
另外上了一碟浙醋,
點小小就已經帶出左蟹o既鮮味.

雖然今次比上次貴小小,
但係就比上次更加滿足
