片皮鴨令人失望,太肥腻,我看着女侍從膠袋倒出伴食餅皮放在碟子就上桌,又乾又硬,食店对於處理此菜式完全欠缺誠意,餅皮應蒸軟熱才上桌供食客享用。利用咸菜炒鸭崧味道太咸,差强人意。

風沙雞皮脆肉嫩,值得一赞。
水煮魚夠辣,粉皮入味,女兒嗌着要再来一碟。

炒蝦仁很爽口。

蜜汁火腿很美味,伴食餅皮用蒸籠蒸熱上桌,甜蜜可口。
可惜食店因節日不供應拔絲香蕉,令顧客失望。
楊枝雪糕甘露也可一試,味道不錯。
To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
