而家香港上海小店買少見少,好多都好商業化又貴咁,今次第1次黎蒲東小館試試上海菜。一入黎見環境都可以,不過老實講開係彌敦道隔離,整透明玻璃,望住咁繁忙既街景,對於本地人黎講唔吸引,因為食飯無非想放鬆享受姐。到食物方面,總括黎講就好普通,大概同質素好過係food court食少少,除咗酸菜魚幾好,其他都食唔到傳統上海風味。首先:講下唯一我覺得都叫可以食既老檀酸菜魚,酸菜味係幾香濃,魚食落嫩同鮮,有少少細骨,不過幾入味,仲會有啲芽菜粉絲咁,唔錯三鮮炒年糕冇咩味之餘,仲有少少硬,唔夠煙韌,三鮮同啲年糕好似分開咁,食唔出年糕有雞肉、蝦嘅香味同鮮甜。然後,紅油抄手不過不失,餡多,啲紅油唔夠算好香,冇咩驚喜。最後加外咗個炸鳯味魚,話就話炸但唔鬆脆仲有啲韌,好似貓貓食既魚乾咁,有汁既魚乾,感覺唔太好。
