

晚餐小菜都幾多選擇,揀咗沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲($76)。都係熱辣辣上碟,賣相唔錯,幾啱撈飯食。不過沙嗲味唔算好濃,牛肉份量偏少。加$3可以配凍飲,揀咗個冷壓檸檬茶好有驚喜,唔使吉檸檬,一般茶餐廳檸檬茶更fresh,唔會苦澀。

仲叫咗上湯胡椒花甲春卷米線($59) 花甲新鮮肥美,份量適中。湯底普通同埋成日咬到胡椒粒,唔係好鍾意。見到佢加咗酸菜,但係一啲都唔酸。

整體嚟講普通茶記質素,間唔中食下都可以。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
