To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正常黎講,依家一碗麵加杯野飲,仲要免加一係抵既。我叫左勝瓜蝦滑淮山麵。芹菜:好多渣,好老勝瓜:住得淋但皮硬蝦滑:同我係文具店見到既擦膠,質感一樣,完全無蝦既蝦「膠」,真係軟膠一舊!淮山麵:同普通麵無分別(可能我食唔出)魚湯:有色無味,清淡,無味精辣椒油:最好味唔多講,完。
