To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1) 燻魚 ($38) -
一上枱, 忍唔住問侍應係唔係落錯單.因為呢度上嘅係, '糖醋魚柳' !!!!!!

個樣睇落去對辦ga, 諗住鬆一口氣, 一食落口, 再趙多幾下, yee? 再趙多幾下試真d.....嘩~即 lur返出嚟. 好苦呀~!! 係~!奇怪地, 餚肉居然係好苦~!!! 苦到澀!! 呢個真係完全接受唔到, 叫經理取消. 佢都好有禮咁話ok, 轉頭仲返嚟同我地解釋廚師話呢個係陳皮味
我當然唔接受, 我未食過餚肉苦成咁, 就算真係陳皮,都應該係陳皮香, 咁苦都一係唔靚或係太過量, 甚至d豬肉本身可能有問題先要用咁濃味去蓋過佢. 總之整到入唔到口都係一個有問題嘅菜.

3) 小籠飽 - 特價 $8, 味道ok啦~ 皮唔夠薄有d硬肉汁有少少咁. 不過$8 真係冇咩可以挑剔.

4) 生煎飽 (~$20/3 ) -
飽底未煎脆, 色都未上咁劑. 餡係同小籠飽個餡差唔多. 一餡兩食咁lor. 呢個其實係蒸肉飽. 味道可接受lor.

5) 上海粗炒 ( ~$4x - 5x) -
份量偏少. 配料好少而且佢隻麵係偏幼身, 炒唔夠火喉咁所以碟野睇上去似一碟豉油撈麵多d. 食落去都係唔夠熱. 味道....經過前幾樣菜都已經冇期望叫做可接受啦~

6) 蔥油大餅 -
叫大餅 but其實只係細過一隻茶杯碟份量. hmmm~ 唔太差嘅, 只係入面蔥油唔香而且可能太濕令到個餅底煎左都係淋晒架lor. 蔥油餅, 點都係寧波同鄉會o個個最令人懷念.

7) 担担麵 ($20) - 細細碗. 不過again 經過之前幾道呢碗麵都已經叫'出乎意料'地對辦. 湯係偏稀, 不過麵質合格 + 湯底都叫有d 麻醬味又有d炸菜碎.

8) 生煎紅豆餅 ($28) -
終於最後有樣叫幾好味! 夠脆餡又足~!

其實因為開頭叫左炒麵同小盤之後就發覺唔對辦. 所以就算未食飽第二round order時已經唔想再叫佢d main dish叫麵/甜點, 反而比較ok. 等埋單時先見到佢包濕紙巾先知原來係叙福樓集團. 即刻恍然大悟咁. 唉~~一早知的話,絕對唔會對呢間野有咩過高期待.

只可以話,係屋村嚟講. 間中去食下上海小點係ok gei, 不過要等要排長龍, 絕對不值.
此店環境有用心打造過, 希望佢d食物遲d都可以有心改良下~
