響港島番工,中午果餐可以話係無啖好食。收工梗係要獎勵番自己。同左媽咪去咗一間叫湯煲嘅精品手工火鍋店。湯底好正,味道精緻。湯底我哋點咗椰子煲雞湯底。湯底有紅棗,椰子肉同啲有材料。而湯底嘅水係椰青水,唔怪得飲落份外清甜,又無味精,好有心思。本來諗住餐廳會將雞件放埋落湯底入面上,點知原來雞件分開另一碟俾我哋。一睇碟雞就知靚雞。仲有隻雞脾添,正。店員解釋,雞係清遠雞,皮薄肉嫩。滾水落6至10分鐘即可。一食,啲雞肉真係好嫩嫩到呢,滑嘟嘟啲皮都真心薄!兩母女食晒成碟雞勁滿足。再點咗碟本地手切肥牛。肥牛份量足料,而且半肥半瘦,油脂甘香又唔會過膩。肉質綿軟又無筋,牛肉味都好重,唔錯。媽咪中意食鱔魚,我就點咗點鱔片。師傅刀法好好,切得薄得黎又夠口感。而且平時多骨嘅鱔片佢都切到避晒啲大骨位。鱔肉雪白而且鮮甜,唔錯。甜品有紫芋糕碗豆糕,清甜滑溜。店員都好溫文有禮,解釋得好詳細,耐心教我地浸幾耐雞件先最好食。見我地想分碟又即刻幫我地攞碟。食物質素高,食材新鮮。連簡單嘅清水都係預備青檸水,好貼心。湯底又清甜滋補,解渴生津,服務滿分,係一間好有Heart嘅餐廳。
