溫室車厘茄, 酸酸地好開胃 !! 不過得5粒...唔夠喉 呢個好出名, 叫黎試下....不過....唔係咁岩自己口味...a bit too salty ..and its fish internal organ , a bit scary to me...it will be good if it serve with beers .. however i cant drink beer atm 黑松露白身魚薄切 very thin .... like transparent , 好刀工, 切到好薄, 魚係室温既...夾埋黑松露食, 松露味好香最鐘意食燒雞泡魚干...基本上次次都會叫~ but slightly too salty again 鵝肝和牛壽司, 一口食落去, 鵝肝同和牛係好夾既 !!! 鵝肝香口, 和牛入口即溶 !! yummy 碟血引魚, a very special one ...slightly burn the top a bit, 魚既脂肪更香~ seafood soup ... however cant taste any seafood 燒大蝦....i

i think this is tonight signature one ... waygu beef with sea urchin !!!
its awesome and yummy ! sea urchin is really fresh one ... waygu taste nice , however the sauce on top is a bit too salty again and cover the taste of Waygu ...
suggested no need to put on so much sauce on the fresh food ...
