喺尖沙咀嘅一間樓上小店。汁燒雞肉棒燒得啱啱好,外層微焦但唔乾,咬落去仲有食到脆脆哋嘅雞軟骨,完全係串燒界嘅comfort food。鹽燒雞腿肉完全係靠雞腿肉本身嘅油香同嫩滑取勝,皮燒得脆脆地,肉質juicy又有彈性,咬落去啖啖肉。一口牛舌芯串好厚切,咬落去有啲煙韌但唔會韌口,仲有啲牛脂香味滲出嚟。汁燒豚肉秋葵燒得唔會太腍,仲保持到秋葵少少爽口感,配埋豚肉一齊食,口感豐富。燒汁甜甜地,令豚肉更加惹味,唔會太油膩。
