預祝父親節晚飯,選了爸爸喜愛的京菜,訂位時預訂了一隻片皮鴨,免得家人去到空歡喜一場,到達已經很肚餓了,那碟前菜涼拌木耳,甜甜酸酸又爽口,瞬間被我們吃清,爸爸又未到,媽媽尷尬地問侍應哥哥可否多添一點點醫肚,哥哥仔的回應是:「當然不可以!~~要添就要一整碟!」哈哈!我們被哥哥仔戲弄了,卻又哄得大家很高興。爸爸到了,我先點了一份媽媽最喜歡的酸辣湯和炸銀絲卷,一人份都不少,她和爸爸每人分到一碗半。酸辣湯($28)材料豐富,有豬肚、木耳豬紅等等...酸辣度調校得恰到好處。炸銀絲卷外脆內軟,不油膩,內裏真的是一絲一絲的,做法很正宗呢!龍井河蝦仁爽甜蛋牙,可惜是沒什麼龍井茶香,效果較似清炒河蝦仁。大家最欣賞是賣相精緻的五福拼盤($168),拼盤包括有雞絲粉皮、涼拌海蜇、四喜烤麩、滷水牛𦟌和鎮江肴肉。海蜇的口感比平常煙韌爽脆,以是用海蜇頭,雞絲粉皮的芝麻醬味道和濃稠調校得恰好,烤麩滷得入味又不肥膩,肴肉味道咸香豬皮彈牙,給滿分!由於以上四款菜式太驚喜,滷水牛𦟌就自然給比下去。主角北京烤鴨($238)快要出場了,配角袖子醬、砂糖、甜醬青瓜和大蔥先來,為什麼會有袖子醬和砂糖呢?哥哥仔又來了,他說會教我們怎
