今晚在尖沙咀收工,便係在附近行街順便食埋飯,見到有間以安格斯牛柳粒、蟹棒、鵝肝、虎蝦、帶子刺身.... 等等較出名菜式做餐牌,叫Happyland 樂園,自然入左去食野,看看有沒有像在樂園裡食野的感覺。來一個戀之花燒三文魚意粉,一上桌看出買相幾靚,即時拿手機拍照打卡先,燒三文魚厚身大片肉質結實,加左汁料的意粉滑滑再夾在燒三文魚中食,是食極不厭,份量剛剛好。額外加錢來一個帶子刺身,有3粒大帶子刺身,似海底剛拿出來煎的帶子,再配以沙津同沙津醬料同食,是好新潮的飲食法。又叫了飲品,很消閒地食完今晚的晚餐。店員介紹左有個5週年優惠菜式叫廚師發板,要2人起才做的餐單,我想起下次再來食時多一個選擇了,已開始想緊在聖誕節多一個聚會地點了。
