稻穗,侍應話白色嘅係可以食,我哋逐粒掰出嚟食,有啲似食爆谷嘅感覺,好玩;合桃豆腐口感滑,食到淡淡嘅合桃味;由於侍應就咁話係玉子,我亦冇記menu內嘅食物,一食就食到黑松露味,原來係黑松露玉子,咁好對版;山椒炸鰻魚,我好耐冇鰻魚喇,一食就係炸,對我嚟講有新鮮感;芋仔有少少鹹味,可能係用鹽水煮;銀杏正常地有甘味;煮西瓜魚,大多數係魚卵;和牛串燒都正常冇問題.
