這次是第一次來吃dinner semi-buffet 其實如心lunch semi-buffet 一直都在口袋名單和同事lunch break 偶爾想慢活點便會到這邊來由環境氣氛到食物質素都彼賞心悅目以酒店質質素而言餐廳亦有高級扒房質素每次大家來据扒都會連連讚不絕口而即使週末這邊仍熱鬧烘烘雖然滿座但餐廳格局很好,座位間的私隱度彼高所以Dinner vibe仍然一貫地令人感覺閒適自在食物方面冷盤異常出色由Salad bar、cold cut、cheese board、日式刺身到海鮮都是我菜當中來回吃了幾around 是個pork terrineBuffet 席上少見的冷盤我愛配點松子仁、olive 與vinger吃味道與口感都很好朋友愛吃海鮮蜆、青口、蟹腳等都吃得滋味另一亮點是整晚大概都會有三次「鈴噹」即是代表有即場現製的限量款式登場望在大厨推著個小餐車的感覺很有趣那天分別試了酸菜鱸魚(超滑!)、台式豬腩肉刈包、辣海螺及糯米團子味道都不錯,特別是酸菜鱸魚~~Main course 選擇很多私心認為來到一定是點grilled steak無誤最期待的是Tajima Wagyu如文首提到,扒

私心認為來到一定是點grilled steak無誤
最期待的是Tajima Wagyu
如文首提到,扒房級數重點除了要有靚牛
烹調時的生熟程度也要掌握得且

下刀時看到鮮嫩粉紅色擇
Medium-rare做得剛剛好
外層微焦肉質結實
牛肉有鮮味帶甜香
吃得出雪花的結構肥瘦相間
人口即化但又不至於太肥膩
果然,這邊的grilled steak 每次都令人回味無窮

前者超有驚喜!烏龍茶感突出
甜度剛好能突出茶味的甘香
夾層還有黑糖麻薯令口感層次更鮮明
吃罷已火速把它列入到我的生日蛋糕口代名單上
