熟成20天法國鴨胸有好濃烈嘅煙燻味,口感豐富。餐廳預備咗好多唔同嘅醬料同配料用嚟配合鴨肉一齊食,例如:柚子辣醬、芝麻鹽,芝麻葉,令鴨肉味道更加提升。

法國鴨腿本身個皮已經整熟咗,所以只係微微再燒下,個皮就已經好香脆,肉質甘香。

第一次食鴨心,估唔到個口感係咁,食落好嫩滑。

鴨腎爽口咀嚼勁,食落好有口感。

泡菜鴨肉飯:以鐵板上菜,飯粒又熱又香,鴨肉入味軟嫩,鴨油混和喺飯粒之中,份外香噴噴。 加埋泡菜嘅香辣,令人胃口大增!
