今日周末,下午去咗做義工,到土瓜灣探望老人院,派口罩和搓手液,之後約老公出嚟食晚餐,記得在老人院附近有間金鶴拉麵,食過味道好好!今日又再去回味一下!今次也是坐吧枱,可以欣賞廚師烹調過程!史上極濃雞白湯麵:首先飲啖奶白色的雞湯,用日本赤雞熬煮而成,入口順滑,味道香甜。濃郁不膩。火炙黑豚腩肉,肥瘦適中,廚師用火炙過,散發陣陣油香。慢煮的雞肉嫩滑。糖心蛋又香又滑。炸牛蒡香脆味帶甘,又可浸湯食,又是另一種風味。拉麵掛湯彈牙又鮮甜。另一款北海道極濃蟹湯拉麵是期間限定,當然不用錯過,湯底極濃好鮮甜,用新鮮蟹拆肉,啖啖蟹肉鮮味十足,還有黑豚腩肉、溏心蛋、木耳絲紫菜等,材料豐富又好味!

另一款北海道極濃蟹湯拉麵是期間限定,當然不用錯過,湯底極濃好鮮甜,用新鮮蟹拆肉,啖啖蟹肉鮮味十足,還有黑豚腩肉、溏心蛋、木耳絲紫菜等,材料豐富又好味!
