我同朋友黎到小時候餐廳,乾淨環境令人舒適,坐係Bar枱岩岩好,食野唔洗彎腰。好多枝酒整齊咁放係架上,過到黎同朋友飲酒聚舊。我們叫左杯紅酒飲,酒味香濃,會有後勁。男士必食之選:脆炸池魚仔非常抵食,配有沙律醬,一份超過二十條,入口香脆,豐富蛋白質。推薦大家黎到一定要品嚐:脆炸黃金軟殻蟹,炸得極致鬆脆,入口已感受豐富的蛋黃味,同軟殼蟹絕配。燒酒糟三文魚亦係好好食,鮮甜,煮熟得口感剛好,配有淡香酒味,非常絕配。自選串燒拼盤(菠蘿, 秋葵, 雞軟骨): 菠蘿好新鮮,燒得剛剛好夠熟。秋葵好大塊幾好食,健康之選。雞軟骨好有咬口,食完會令人想繼續再叫多份。蠔吧:叫左兩隻時令生蠔,配有檸檬,有好多冰係底保持新鮮即食,鮮甜美味,帶有極淡的海水味,無缺點。清酒醬油慢煮日本珍寶帶子:帶子鮮味十足,慢煮的口感好特別,入口即時散發出酒味,相比其他煮法,真係值得一試。餐湯:南瓜忌廉湯,非常濃郁,帶有南瓜的鮮甜,同忌廉汁好相襯。
