每次走進荷曄庭都有不同的感覺,這個佈置得像是去了印尼的餐廳,室外和室內的感觀已經有分別,加上可以眺望群星,呼吸新鮮空氣,雖然地點確實少許隔涉,但偶爾都會去一次,感受一下像在郊野用餐的感覺。雖然是室外,但有著六七間不同的廂房,自有天地。開胃菜點了海蝦鮮果沙律 ($138) ,去殼海蝦新鮮彈牙,鮮果以芒果為主,清甜可口,帶來了清新的口感。餐湯一共點了三款,酥皮焗龍蝦湯 ($88)是在下摯愛,外層的酥皮很鬆化,戳開時一陣熱氣湧出,舀一下,質感很濃稠,而且有龍蝦肉,夠真材實料,再配上旁邊的蒜蓉包,真是未食主菜,有部份女孩子已經有少少飽。番茄肉碎湯 ($68)與法國野菌忌廉湯 ($80)是朋友們的心頭好,前者清新,略帶微酸,令人很開胃,而且後者散發淡淡幽香,都是一個不錯的選擇。帆立貝黃金燒($98) 每隻都烘得熱辣辣,拎上手都會燙傷,芝士面焗至金黃,香氣四溢,加入沙律醬有少許酸味與帆立貝很配合,加上有雜菌在內,味道上不會太單調。黑松露海膽醬焗12"非洲珍寶虎蝦 ($298/隻)賣相可以用澎湃來形容,芝士混和黑松露海膽一齊焗,將整件蝦緊緊的包裹住,瀰漫著香氣,肉質彈勁彈牙,非常吸引。燒牛小排($5
