涼瓜煎倉魚
用苦瓜同倉魚一齊煎,苦瓜清苦帶有抗氧化功效,倉魚肉質鮮嫩,兩者配搭清新又健康,用豆豉蒜蓉爆香,加埋薑片提升香味。

西檸雞
港式經典菜式,用醃好嘅雞扒沾生粉炸至金黃酥脆,淋上用新鮮檸檬汁、檸檬皮、蜜糖同吉士粉熬成嘅酸甜濃汁,爽口開胃。

菠蘿雞粒炒飯
用菠蘿粒、雞肉粒、蝦仁、蛋同雜菜炒香,味道鮮甜帶微酸,飯粒粒粒分明,有菠蘿嘅清新果香。
