To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情這幾年,我和家人常到青山灣漁港食海鮮。通常在附近的魚檔買好海鮮,就拿去這間餐廳加工。疫情期間佢哋生意好好,假曰通常兩輪都坐滿人。但自從開關後,我們去食飯,發現買去的大東星班和大海蝦,都煮得好難食,食落去完全冇鮮味,感覺像雪藏急凍海鮮。我們帶去的新鮮游水大東星通常一魚兩食,但這兩次都煮到好鹹,大海蝦完全冇鮮味,蝦頭完全乾晒無膏(好似雪咗好耐的急凍蝦)。上星期我們再俾機會佢,買了一條兩斤重的游水東星俾佢加工,我哋今次決定叫佢哋清蒸,本想着清蒸,不會出錯掛!但好奇怪,出來的魚還大條過我拿去的,蒸到好老好老。魚眼發黑乾晒,食開魚的人一睇就知不新鮮。條魚被蒸到好老好老,變咗有些人唔知就以為條魚蒸老咗,變咗唔好食。我哋發現帶子,聖子都做得OK,平價海鮮,通常冇問題,這幾次都是較名貴的東星和大海蝦出事,同埋我亦發現煮工亦收得越來越貴,我哋本想着貴都算,煮得好食都無計較。但這幾次除咗貴,仲要游水海鮮食落似急凍貨,所以我們以後亦不會再幫襯。各位去這間餐廳食飯要小心!
