不知為何又走進了這購物中心... 但聽說, 8樓的 Food Court 將會成為很多唔同小食店. 有點兒好奇! (如果喜歡寫或Collect 第一食評, 這裡很輕鬆地會做到二三四十間的! 因無乜給寫過!) OMG I feel like a gal now !
This took a few minutes to bake from scratch. The base 格仔餅 was expectedly from my prior visual test, slightly orangey eggy, as one could always observe from the 'mixture' they end up pouring into the mould. The so-called Strawberry Cream wasn't too strawberry-like enough yet but enjoyable and refreshing! I thought the Waffle Base itself turned too cold too quickly, and the owner tried to CRISP it up by cooling it using a 12V Computer Fan hahahahahaaha! Jeeze how smart or adaptive can people be when they own a shop in Sham Shui Po - aka the Computer Suburb! Anyway overall speaking the filling was good enough and so was the slightly eggy waffle. I think it can still be improved, but here's an arbitrary '4' Rating for now and see if they can improve.
