To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯過好幾次. 之前次次都食常餐.最欣賞佢個炒蛋夠滑, 分量夠多, 比依家的澳門茶餐廳的炒蛋幾乎多三倍 今次諗住換換口味, 試佢既校長多士.香脆厚多上面, 鋪滿黑松露醬和芝士, 好重菌香, 又好惹味, 食哂成份都唔覺膩, 難怪成為招牌.$25一客, 以茶餐廳來說不算便宜, 但物有所值.華星算是我在區中頗喜愛的茶餐廳.價錢合理, 食物有質素, 服務也出咗名好&快手.不過~ 若果要排隊的話我就唔會食, 始終只係茶餐廳... 所以只會等無咩人既時間先會去幫襯.
