Restaurant: Capital Café (Shau Kei Wan Main Street East)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見朋友幫襯左好多好多次,自己就食左幾次咋,次次都係常餐,無試過佢其他野,今次真係要試下,平時佢d炒蛋已經夠哂滑,份量又真係十足。今次試下佢好出名既野校長多士,朋友都係食豬扒包,佢就好快有得食,可能我個個要焗,所以就等耐d,等左一陣終於都有得食,賣相都錯,d芝士真係想殺死我,好多好多,最緊要係用厚多士,不過鋪滿左黑松露醬係上面就影響左少少賣相,不過都無計佢顏色係咁,成個多士都好香菌香,加埋芝士又多,好濃既口味,不過成份食哂又唔會話太膩, 最緊要係個多士咁料係上面都仲夠脆,平時有料既多士焗完通常都會無咁脆,最緊要係佢價錢夠公道,絕對係茶餐廳價錢,高品質享受。整體黎講,佢D裝修其他野睇落都好乾淨,加埋d野食質素真係無得彈。
