喜歡炭火燒烤能令食物烤出特別的炭香味,最近去食以柞木炭作韓式燒烤的餐廳,取代一般的鐵板燒,可以在室內都食到炭燒食物味道。 餐廳在商場的5樓,要經過多條扶手電梯先上到去,位置大概在商場的盡頭,上到去待應帶領進入卡座,環境挺寬敞,仲有戶外位置給客人選擇。 我地二位叫咗五花肉夏胡麻沙律、和牛牛舌二食、壽喜燒和牛西冷、濟州大八爪魚、特選黑毛豬五花肉和韓牛泡菜炒飯,另外再加菠蘿梳打和柚子檸檬梳打。 店員在我地面前製作,壽喜燒和牛西冷以飯團沾上蛋汁,在炭火放上壽喜燒汁,再燙一燙薄片和牛,包裹著蛋汁飯團進食,味道層次分明,口感豐富。 韓牛泡菜炒飯頗有特色,以煎pan盛載著炒飯,能夠保持著炒飯的溫度,飯底也有香脆口感。
