To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都去過彭慶記好幾次,由它的士多啤厘骨,啫啫菜,糯米雞翼到雞翅,都好滿意。今次試它的砵酒蠔,25元一只小的,35元大的,我們叫了三只小蠔,其實一點也不小,大細剛剛好,肉汁非常新鮮,砵酒汁非常溫和好味。之後我們點了籠仔糯米蟹,不錯,還有簡單的蒜蓉芥蘭也十分清甜。以品質和價錢來看,真是超值,需然坐得逼一些,星期三的晚上仍full house,但感覺仍然很好!
