To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間主打食即叫即燒嘅燒肉丼, 每次行過都見到咁多人喺門口排隊, 今晚特登夜 D 黎食, 唔洗點等就有位。牛角次男坊丼 加配牡丹海老係餐廳嘅人氣推介, 因為個丼飯連燒肉會堆到成座山咁, 話說會堆砌到 16cm 高, 份量十足 !! 牛肉係用左美國牛肩胛肉, 肉香味濃郁, 口感較爽嫩, 配上微辣惹味嘅特製燒肉汁, 味道一流 !! 另 +$60 加配左 2 隻牡丹海老刺身, 蝦肉夠晒肥美, 而且啖啖肉, 燒肉配海鮮, 無得頂呀 !!柚子西班牙豚肉丼豚肉鋪滿成個丼飯嘅表面, 豚肉口感較軟腍, 中間放左隻溫泉蛋, 篤穿個蛋黃撈埋沾滿惹味燒汁嘅白飯一齊食, 味道甘甜, 又點會覺得唔好食呢 !?!

柚子西班牙豚肉丼
豚肉鋪滿成個丼飯嘅表面, 豚肉口感較軟腍, 中間放左隻溫泉蛋, 篤穿個蛋黃撈埋沾滿惹味燒汁嘅白飯一齊食, 味道甘甜, 又點會覺得唔好食呢 !?!
