係奶奶屋企附近開左間日式餐廳奶奶話板燒唔錯,但要早d去咪好爆場,6點就一齊去試下。清酒煮活托托蜆托托蜆,真係好大隻,鮮甜又厚肉冇沙,同埋放左蒜同豆腐粒添,清酒味唔算好濃,但帶出到蜆既鮮味。秘風塘軟殻蟹一見到就覺得好熱氣😆😆😆😆。一碟有2隻原隻蟹,真係炸得鬆脆食落juicy 。蒲燒原隻鰻魚鰻魚都幾大條,仲好肥厚,但比較淋身。鰻魚面有紫菜同木魚,而鰻魚汁濃偏甜,同埋唔多夠汁。板燒安格斯牛$108 +$58轉定食以$108價錢黎講,有驚喜。安格斯牛鮮嫩,係薄切,落左黑胡椒醃過,有入口即溶感覺。轉定食:櫻花金魚湯+楓糖流心蛋+飯素紫菜飯金魚湯:,金魚幾靚。但味道一般。秘製牛肉鍋賣相一般,但材料好豐富好足料,應該炆了好耐,連南瓜都溶哂,感覺似媽媽餸。
