行完東澳古道去左附近村屋搵食,黎左呢間泰國菜餐館,幾乎每晚都客滿,要提早訂位。一樓設冷氣雅座,想更有風味可坐室外位置。串燒豬肉+ 雞肉:每件都燒至帶點焦色,食落吾鞋口,本身香料調味已經好濃,蘸上秘製沙嗲汁醬,帶點花生🥜香味,串燒吾會太乾身, 不錯。鳳爪沙律:鳳爪份量多,有芹菜同蕃茄仔同蘿蔔絲伴碟,口感爽脆清爽,鳳爪調味略嫌吾夠重口味,味道偏微辣,有待改善。青咖哩(雞):不是用上泰國綠色圓茄子,是用香港普通茄子🍆會出水太勁,溝淡左個汁,吾辣也不夠香味,雞肉有點鞋口,豆角份量多。薄餅:煎至香脆,蘸上咖喱絕配,食落外脆內軟,質感帶點軟糯,不錯。冬陰公明爐魚:太愛這條鰂魚,本身已煮熟透,用上爐仔熱住黎食,好有風味,魚肉嫩滑,大量泰式香料蓋著魚身,又有菇菌做伴碟,仲附送冬附公湯,可適當地加入魚中,增添風味。珍多冰:椰汁味香濃,三色果條啫喱增加口感,解暑一流。總結:東涌數一數二泰國菜必食明爐魚
