To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完outlet 喝杯野的休閒好地方 去東涌outlet 行完街，過條天橋就到呢間環境好relax 的酒吧 有露天區及室內冷氣區 酒的價錢很合理，一杯大概$60-80左右， 點了 Bellini (champagne cocktail） 及 mint julep cocktail , 仲有一款墨西哥大蝦薄餅！ 埋單兩位唔駛$300～ 好抵！餐廳環境很舒適，有放假的感覺！ 如果天氣不太熱還可以坐露天區，在太陽傘底下喝杯香檳會更有感覺～～
