平時打邊爐唔係港式酒樓就係日式火鍋,有冇諗過邊爐都可以走東南亞風?今次食呢個有齊哂喇沙冬蔭功牛骨椰子雞肉骨茶等湯底,連點餸嘅調味都多咗好多東南亞風嘅配料選擇,而餃丸類都混入東南亞風味,加咗紅咖喱嘅鯪魚、加馬拉盞嘅蝦丸、加咗泰式肉碎嘅水餃,全部都係手工嘢,除咗食到食材嘅鮮味之外口味上都好有新鮮感夠哂特色唔會悶,除咗火爐之外仲有啲東南亞小食可以響起爐前當餐前小食,當中首推炸冬蔭軟殼蟹,有冬蔭功嘅香味但又唔會太辣,而且軟殼蟹脆得嚟仲超多肉,咬落去勁多汁,另外私心推介班蘭香茅茶,坊間好少見,飲落清熱之餘仲有勁香嘅香葉味,不得了
