To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend去饒宗頤文化館上工作坊午飯唔知食咩好🤔就行去對面九巴商場食太興😆唔想食澱粉質 所以齋叫燒味🤔叫咗半隻切雞🤣 自己一個食😆上枱賣相都幾靚 斬得都幾整齊🧐仲有兩碟薑蓉 好貼心👍 隻雞肥瘦剛剛好😋而且雞肉都好滑😋就連雞胸肉都幾好食👍👍 另外加錢叫咗個燉湯🍲杏汁煲豬肺湯好耐冇飲過呢個湯 杏仁味相當突出! 豬肺洗得好乾淨 完全無異味👍而且燉到好淋👍口感就好似食緊一舊肥豬肉咁😂上枱熱辣辣♨️ 燉到好出味❗推介👍
