“調和五味,餚選八珍”係七福嘅Slogan,亦係兩個tasting menu嘅名。”調和五味”$1000位,”餚選八珍”$1500位。今次先試吓”調和五味”,前菜連甜品有八道菜,12味餸。-雞子戈渣、皮蛋醬蘿蔔、蜜汁燒脆鱔皮蛋蘿蔔冇乜嘢特別,脆鱔塊皮勁脆,肉質淋,甜甜地仲有酒香。戈渣呢啲近乎失傳嘅手工菜,真係唔係度度有得食,仲加入雞子,味道似鵝肝,口感外脆入面似布甸。第一次食驚為天人。似傳統雞絲翅嘅味道,高湯濃厚,官燕一絲一絲,絕對冇偷工減料。原本餐單係田雞片,但唔係人人接受到。餐廳幫我地轉做鴿餔。鴿餔火候掌握得好好,鑊氣十足。雲腿煮淋再炸之後切片,咸香又脆口。相傳由何東家廚,「福臨門」創辦人徐福全所創,一脈相承,七福嘅焗蟹蓋可以稱得上為原版嘅味道。麵包糠脆皮入面嘅所有蟹蓋,入面釀滿咗一絲絲嘅洋蔥同蟹肉。作為招牌菜的確唔錯。見到有一味川菜係呢間傳統粵菜出見,令我好奇想試。麻味非常之特出,牛肉嫩滑。比坊間好食好多。油雞樅菌少少咸同豆角同炒,係偏清爽嘅味道。一個小蒸籠上,面頭有蟹肉,入面嘅瑤柱份量非常之多。佢哋你偏乾身嘅鮑汁荷葉飯[甜品]-生磨合桃露、鴛鴦棗茸糕、懷舊合桃酥最後居然有三款

[甜品]
-生磨合桃露、鴛鴦棗茸糕、懷舊合桃酥
最後居然有三款甜品,個人最欣賞個棗茸糕,Q彈又唔黐牙。合桃酥一啲都唔油·而且好鬆脆。合桃露食得出生磨仲有係小甜口味,香氣十足。
