一心諗住來買個本地檸檬🍋,順便食啲gelato做comfort food,果然冇白行一趟。

我鍾意呢度主張「本地耕作、不時不食」,Gelato都係用新鮮時令本地耕作嘅食材製作,每隔一段時期就會轉款式,總係會有驚喜。
今期係咩芫荽雪糕、咩菇雪糕等等,比較驚心😂 我都係揀返啲大路嘅😂

幫襯小店嘅好處係客人少少,店舖嘅製作特別用心。店員捧碟雪葩過來嘅時候特意介紹返,佢話係用本地嘅蕃石榴加蘇格蘭嘅氈酒整成嘅。雪葩嘅表面倒多咗啲氈酒而隻氈酒係用(唔記得咩)莓釀造嘅,所以有陣陣莓味。另外,雪葩表面加咗啲碎咗嘅檸檬、橙味糖,想模擬返番石榴一粒粒嘅口感。我留意到隻裝雪葩嘅碗仔都係雪凍咗嘅,令我打咗咁耐卡都未咁快溶味道都唔錯,食得出有蕃石榴肉
