小食好好味，蜆肉意粉好好味，等咗燒春雞好耐，終於送到，切開大脾位血紅色，未熟。通知侍應確認雞髀未熟，燒春雞取去番煮。當再送回枱時，隻雞好多油，唔熟的部分熟咗，本來熟啲部分變咗更更熟。真係食唔落！向侍應反映，侍應話可以按套餐內的選擇換過一款，選了bb豬脾。當切開豬脾，骨不能離肉，豬肉未熟。又向侍應反映，侍應話比廚師判斷。廚師話無問題。侍應話係慢煮，所以肉係粉紅色！求教！點解慢煮豬脾，煮到用刀切唔開之肉，暗粉紅色，肉骨不能分割？
