To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為某個原因,老公有這酒店既會員卡,並且有買4送2既 coupon,於是乎約左四大長老一齊嚟呢度開餐聚下。自助晚餐6:30開始,食物分刺身﹑即開生蠔區﹑芝士凍肉區﹑凍海鮮區﹑沙律區﹑印度美食區﹑泰式美食區﹑即煮麵檔及少量熱葷,亦有燒肉眼扒等,當然唔少得甜品區啦!其實食物款式雖未至於好多,但如果你乜都食,真係OK架!奈何我倆的父母唔係唔食牛羊,就係唔食凍海鮮﹑生冷野,而呢度既熱葷確實極少,是晚得羊架﹑燒沙甸魚﹑菜膽雞﹑唔知咩焗雞﹑咕嚕肉同京都骨(最後兩者係先後出場),炸生蠔叫做特別啲,但奶奶話味道麻麻,佢可是食開流浮山新鮮貨的!另外佢有即煮龍蝦,但好隱蔽下,差點發現佢唔倒... 但到我地去攞時已得番殼了,冇乜肉,所以長輩感覺冇乜野食。正常價錢係$438加一,如果正價食上面既野,確係有點貴,但而家用左coupon及會員七五折,6個成人埋單都係$1500有找,即每人$250唔駛,咁就抵番哂了!
