小編全屋嘅傢俬都係木系,聽聞呢一間餐廳同樣設計概念,今晚專程來拜訪一下。歡迎飲品餐廳送上自家製的,雖然飲品係凍嘅,但係面頭嘅薑絲絕對能夠做到暖胃之用,飲落清新。芝士焗元貝釀蟹肉芝士焗到半溶狀態,加上一絲絲嘅蟹肉,絕對係滋味無比,元貝肉都幾大粒且口感爽嫩。以蟹膏野菌忌廉作為醬汁,亦無濟膩嘅感覺。磯煮南非鮑魚伴醬油漬三文魚籽鮑魚擺盤勁靚上枱,頗為入味,用上三文魚籽去點綴,食品鮮香,菜式更顯奢華。干邑龍蝦湯底部預先放上龍蝦肉,職員再從熱壺倒上橘橙色的龍蝦湯汁,入口濃郁,絕對冇好鹹的感覺,而且溫度夠熱,一碗份量都頗誇張。台灣有機單品原茶食主菜之前,餐廳先送上一小壺凝香烏龍,味道清淡,嗅覺上聞到淡淡幽香,可先作解膩之用。杜洛克黑毛豬胺伴焦糖菠蘿豬鞍足以二人分享,面頭煎得焦香,配上焦糖菠蘿🍍令人印象深刻,微微切開,肉汁傾瀉而出,口感夠厚亦好嫩身,小編特別欣賞佢個伴菜:奶油千層薯,牛油味好香,薯蓉入口綿密,層次可見。慢煮西班牙八爪魚鬚伴枝豆野菌墨魚汁意大利飯八爪魚安躺於米飯之上,極具厚度,墨魚汁味道濃郁,每粒米飯都係烏黑黑的,口感帶點煙煙韌韌,有儀態之人記住食兩啖就抹一抹咀(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)甜品以黑朱古

以黑朱古力慕絲蛋糕同Tiramisu作結,絕對係邪惡收場。慕絲朱古力味濃郁,並無過份甜膩感。Tiramisu貫徹外型滿分,咖啡味香醇,酒味輕輕的搖蕩,手指餅濕潤,忌廉入口輕盈。
