今日中午來到荃灣海壩街覓食,估唔到呢間日本料理餐廳入面好似一間文青CAFE,木林風裝修,環境的確幾舒服。睇睇餐牌,午餐選擇都幾多,價錢平均都係$100以內。首先上菜既係:石燒香草吉列牛定食。除左吉列牛,附上一碗白飯、一隻溏心蛋。上菜時既吉列牛係生牛肉,可以根據個人喜好,燒到合心水嘅熟成度。牛肉厚度適中,脂肪分佈平均,非常有牛味,沾少少鹽已經好好味!而外層綠色雖然唔太食得出有香草味道,但感覺無左一般吉列炸物既油膩感,亦唔會搶去牛肉味,平衡得好好。另一個定食:板燒雪花牛肉配日式味素飯。呢一款牛肉脂肪比例就比較多,煎一煎已經香味撲鼻!鐘意牛肉多啲油脂就要試試喇!除牛肉外,亦有啲香菇、南瓜伴碟可以燒嚟食,唔會得牛肉食咁寡!整體來講呢一餐好滿意,食物質素同環境都相當唔錯,性價比高!推介
