黎到旺角,出名就梗係好多唔同種類既野食喇,今次黎到食燒烤,叫串燒王既,一入去就見到一張張木枱,不禁令人諗起大陸既木屋燒烤,雖然沒有了木屋,但味道卻十分相似。連待應都係說普通話的。串燒種類就非常之多喇,數埋手起碼有4,5十款,全部都係幾大路既款黎。整體黎講調味都算適中,不算太鹹/太辣,因為始終調味粉的平衡才是食串燒既重中之重。有d人鐘意食好辣好辣,反而失去左食材既味道。所以調味方面,我覺得佢做得算係唔錯。另外,上菜速度方面,由於員工數目少,所以都等得比較耐,大約30-40分鐘先能夠出齊。特別推介佢個炒粉/米粉/河粉,今次無河粉用左烏冬,雖然差少少,但都算okay本人就最鐘意佢個炭燒雞脾,食出另類雞脾,感覺完全唔同炸脾/焗脾/烤脾,強烈推介。
