To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直期望嘗試大班樓,但過去半年都未能訂到位,這次很高興能在兩周前訂好了平日周三晚餐作家庭聚會。主要值得推介的部分菜式如下:九層塔辣椒膏炒蜆 ($138) - 不太辣,好味!龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿 ($128/隻) - 是BB鴿,非常好味!雞油花鵰蒸花蟹配陳村粉 ($65/两,一只約$1,500或以上) - 花鵰味以較突出,很好味,但与海都以較,我還是覺得后者更為好味。話梅糖醋排骨 ($48/支) - 很好味,但每支只合一位用。十八味鼓油雞 - 很好味,惟每件切得太碎了。三蝦炒飯 - 有特色,飯炒得很干身、香口。子薑雪糕、生磨杏仁茶 - 是用心造的甜品,要嘗試。總體來說,大班樓的菜式比較貴,但品質相對好和有特色,相信仍有一定支持。

龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿 ($128/隻) - 是BB鴿,非常好味!

雞油花鵰蒸花蟹配陳村粉 ($65/两,一只約$1,500或以上) - 花鵰味以較突出,很好味,但与海都以較,我還是覺得后者更為好味。

話梅糖醋排骨 ($48/支) - 很好味,但每支只合一位用。

十八味鼓油雞 - 很好味,惟每件切得太碎了。

三蝦炒飯 - 有特色,飯炒得很干身、香口。

子薑雪糕、生磨杏仁茶 - 是用心造的甜品,要嘗試。

總體來說,大班樓的菜式比較貴,但品質相對好和有特色,相信仍有一定支持。
