KABOOM係我心中數一數二嘅泰國菜餐廳🥇菜式唔單止創新,環境好舒服,室內都睇到維港景色~好岩放工後黎chill一chill✨我每次黎都會叫Thai Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow,牛肉他他加入泰式香料,味道層次豐富😋配上牛骨髓,勁香,越食越開胃!另外叫左Red Prawn and Scallop Carpaccio 紅蝦同扇貝勁鮮美,配上清新嘅醬汁,酸酸地,真係好岩夏天食😎☀️主食有Curry Duck Confit,青咖喱唔會太辣👍🏻鴨肉慢煮至軟嫩,用刀輕輕一切就得。伴碟嘅菠蘿都要一讚呀💯酸甜酸甜完全零油膩感!最後呢個焗鱈魚真係令我呢個唔中意食(lur)魚(骨)嘅人愛上食魚🙏🏻,魚肉鮮嫩之外,香辣嘅參巴醬加上乳酪,實在係刺激得黎又幾溫和✨重點係,係無骨架🥹🙏🏻啖啖都係肉,勁放心咁食🐟🔥因為揸車所以冇飲酒,我地飲左mocktail Mandalay同Padang🍸🍹熱帶水果整嘅野飲係唔會出錯的😎甜甜的~好岩女仔飲~~~
