簡單講述本人親身體驗： - 包房食圍菜，事前已多次溝通確定需要準備麻雀耍樂，當日不但沒有事前set好，當值經理仲話唔知客人會打麻雀，叫客人等佢食埋飯先開始準備，完全當客人無到，亦無誠信可言！ - 圍菜其中兩味（蟹鉗和節瓜莆菜心）少了一件，經理話廚房沒有出錯。經幾番周旋之下經理先肯補返。補返仲要喺其他賓客面前補，佢唔醜我都醜。 - 所謂嘅「花膠雞絲翅」稀到完全夾唔到有翅，有賓客只食咗少量花膠雞絲，剩低成碗豆粉水飲唔落肚。 - 圍菜包嘅啤酒汽水飲唔哂，問都唔問就收走哂。 - 事後發電郵向酒樓+整個集團反映意見，成個星期都唔覆，再追問之下先hea覆，完全唔覺自己有問題！ 總括而言，呢間酒樓服務極之差、欠誠信、食物質素非常一般，只係環境和地點較優勝。絕對唔會有下次幫襯👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
