To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去左Lee 間野.... 激死人....其中叫左一碗"魯"水雞翼面... 一碗香酥豬扒面....d 雞翼 / 豬扒黎先.....等左好耐都未有碗面....對面d人遲黎d面都黎晒.....同d伙記講... 完全唔理我地... 追左2 次先黎碗面... d 餸都唔熱啦.....開始食豬扒.... d 粉好厚... 又硬.... 食到口都損....(我地都算無出聲要換... 但後面個枱人都投訴d豬扒好厚粉... 老闆娘話係咁喎...之後個班人要求要轉換雞扒)到d 魯"水雞翼....無味 ... 一碟4隻... 第一隻唔熟...都算.....第2 隻都唔夠熟... 2 隻都有血....同伙記講... 又話要叫老闆娘睇下... 老闆娘第一句就話係咁... 見我地不滿就話換比我地...我地已經好嬲... 因為之前d伙記d態度已經好差... 而家連老闆娘都係咁....我地就話唔要啦... 直接 cancel 左碗面....最嬲就係出去埋單個時... 比左$個老闆娘... 一直唔找$比我地.. 係咁同我地解釋....仲死都要話d雞翼係熟...係咁喎.....話咩雪藏雞翼係咁....我地話雞唔熟點食
