To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近來多次來這間富臨飲下午茶,發覺接待處的服務員笑容多了, 安排也有改善, 值得讚 (之前的不妥善安排已有改善)! 而令人更滿意的就是多了很多年青的侍應, 每一個都積極進取和有禮貌!當攞了枱號後, 已有多名侍應招呼我入内, 帶領着我, 亦主動的訊問我飲甚麼茶, 這現象在現今香港的茶樓甚少遇上 (其實這是基本的服務)。另外, 只要稍為舉起手, 便立即有侍應為我們服務, 無論入單, 加水或其他要求或詢問, 都立即有回應, 這才是服務呀! 再者, 傳菜的服務員也非常有禮貌呀! 希望以上的服務質素能維持下去!
