To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小編一家已到貴中式酒樓吃飯多次,感到服務質素欠佳。首先,入到嚟係無人接待,坐了很久先有人問你想飲咩茶。然後,當我們舉手要求職員幫我們落單時,等了很久很久才有人應,故服務效率欠佳。還有,當我們好想職員幫我們加多點水時,又不理會我們,又要等一段時間先做到,可見他們不願意積極為客人投入服務,愛理不理那種。最令我們一家感到不滿的是我們點了六款點心: 蝦餃、燒賣、牛肉球、鳳爪排骨、叉腸、雞扎,又等了超過半小時才送上,令本人完全不能接受其差劣的服務效率,故希望貴酒樓經理好好反思服務效率、質素問題,不好再令客人感到不滿和失望。這些無服務,無質素,無效率的酒家,相信會無下次,再見!
