To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不嬲幫襯開元朗總店,見永年喺銅鑼灣開左分店就黎支持下,點知真係支持唔落....事緣出去叫完野食,就揀左舖頭尾二入嗰啲位坐,攞左碗麵番黎時,應該係十點前,當時舖入面有三枱客, 總共五個顧客。開始食野冇幾耐,樓面五個職員就開始由正門門口嗰邊清潔過黎,拖地、抹枱、將所有冇人坐嘅高櫈矮櫈反轉放上枱,抹櫈底、抹踏腳位,而嗰塊布隨即用黎抹枱面,樓面只得300尺左右,嗰五個職員喺你隔離嘅前後左右四個方位圍住你清潔,又勁近喺你隔離反轉吧枱般高嘅櫈(我當時坐喺隔離張低枱)完全冇意識反轉櫈嗰下會引致地下嘅塵,櫈腳嘅污糟野反起弄污顧客嘅食物,啲櫈反曬上枱圍住你 好有壓迫感,到10:10-10:15pm 嗰四五嗰職員已經坐喺你前面同側面嗰啲位,望住我地三枱客食野,根本就係度趕客走,只係未出聲問你幾時肯走。有個客人啲野食好明顯未食晒,就想收走佢碗食物。其實間舖係寫住營業到10:30pm。跟住其中一枱客食完,竟然要求啲客人行後門走,其實間舖有幾大呀,如果咁想收工,9:45pm 就唔好俾人入黎食野囉!總之,哩間分店服務態度同清潔衛生都係勁差,食物質素亦不及總店(嗰湯底都冇咁好飲)!! 另外,而家食市啲樓面職員已經好

總之,哩間分店服務態度同清潔衛生都係勁差,食物質素亦不及總店(嗰湯底都冇咁好飲)!! 另外,而家食市啲樓面職員已經好似唔會有老闆或者經理教佢地應該如何做好服務行業。
